KINGSONPACK is the national High-Tech enterprise , the director company of Exhibitors Association in JINING city . Our products was approved by US Food and Drug Administration and Europe EN , and also approved by ISO9001 ,ISO1400 Quality System Certification .

Our scale

Covers an area of 32,000 square meters , with modern production workshop , intelligent storage workshop , R & D centers , operations centers, and other facilities. We now have 3 production lines of five-layer coextrusion , 4 lines of three-layer coextrusion.Annual production scale is over 10,000tons . KINGSON has imported NDC thickness control devices from USA , Inspection Machine from Japan , Gas Chromatograph ,Universal film tensile testing machine and more than 20 sets of device for film controling and detecting .

Craftsmanship

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF FILMS：DOUBLE BUBBLE

First phase

The first phase is the extrusion of polymer in a descending direction through a multilayer die which forms a primary tube that is immediately cooled.

Second phase

The film blowing machine produces large

rolls of film by down blowing.

Third phase

After this operation, the bubble is collapsed between two sets of rollers. The resulting flat sheets are then cut and rewound onto master rolls.
